Want to order a mask?

If you wish to purchase a mask, the first thing you should do is send me an email at info@astmasks.com to discuss the availability of the mask you are interested in.  For masks that are currently in-stock, shipping will occur 1-2 business days after receiving full payment.  Please note that it is entirely likely that a design you are interested in purchasing may not currently be in stock.  If you are ordering a custom mask or a mask that is not in stock, the mask will simply have to be made to order.

 

For these orders, a down payment of half of the mask's cost is due upfront, with the remainder of the cost due upon the mask's completion prior to shipping.  Please allow for 1 to 4 weeks for delivery of masks that are being made to order, depending on complexity of mask and current workload.  If you have a deadline by which you need your mask, please let me know and I will do what I can to accommodate.

 

Whether the mask you purchase is in stock or being made to order, please remember that each is individually handmade and, as such, may have minor variations in shaping or painting from the picture shown in the Mask Gallery.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

All payments for masks will be done securely through PayPal.  Shipping will occur 1-2 business days after the mask is completed and full payment has been processed.

 

Custom Orders

 

I am certainly open to creating a custom mask for you, be it merely a different color scheme for an existing design or a whole new design entirely!  If you have something special in mind, please contact me at info@astmasks.com with details about what you are looking for and we can get it all planned out.  Pricing for custom orders will be similar to that of masks of similar size and complexity.
